My work explores the nature of patterns integrating aspects of collective experience with the personal and cellular memory of the psyche. Most recent collages employ family snapshots as well as personal documents, e-mails and letters which reconstruct intimate memories by transforming the original image through a ritualistic process of cutting, taping and/or sewing.
