Hamsa is a Sanskrit word defining the vibration of that consciousness which pulsates in every atom of the universe. One experiences the truth of Hamsa by paying attention to the space between thoughts or the space between the incoming and outgoing breath. Unconditioned by form or thought, Hamsa is the pure vibration of life itself.
